Comcast HBO Packages
Does anyone else have problems with Comcast encore free HBO HD and HD movies for $ 29.99 for a package of the year?
I can not seem to get my free to play HD movies and Comcast has been giving the runaround. two appointments have been canceled, the first without telling me. I lost a day at home and I can not get a direct answer to my problem, someone said that the VOD service provider is causing the problem, but another person says that my HD box is the problem. Can anyone help? Please>>>>
service call and complain do not let anyone give a shit. said he was going to leave the service from Comcast, as soon as possible, and so will your problem fixed (each time this has happend to me) get some kind of restitution reduced price. but the cancellation without telling her, in all seriousness that it deserves some refund rate now.
