When on HBO DEADWOOD will take place in history?

Cancellation On 13 May 2006 confirmed that HBO has opted not to pick up the options of the actors, who were set to expire on 11 June 2006. This means that a fourth season with the cast on his current form is unlikely, though HBO has insisted that the program is not canceled and talks on its future are ongoing. The possibility that the show returning in current state of cast and crew, however, is limited. On June 5, 2006, HBO and creator David Milch agreed to make two films for television two hours instead for a fourth season, after Milch declined a short order of 6 episodes. This is because in the original series way each season was only a week, with each episode a day in the city of Deadwood. The final format will be announced two hours of time constraints and allow a more comprehensive description to finish Season Series 1: Summer / Fall 1876 Season 2: End of spring / early summer 1877 Season 3: mid / late summer 1877
