HBO film, made in the establishment of early and mid 90s, 70s? France or Italy, environment?

There's a movie I so wanted, and I can not remember the title. It stars a French child, with dirty brown curly hair and a girl whose mother is like a actress filming in France or something, and the curly head boy enters the palace of what his mother is and is in it. I remember this part where you are watching porn film and she is exhausted, annoyed. They go all over France, and meet this older guy, and the newspapers believe that the hijackers but did not. They go on a trip .. as of force, with bicycles. They are trying to get to get under this bridge and a kiss to seal their love forever or something. I can not remember the title or the name of any of the characters. ): It's always been me listening. I saw this movie on HBO in like, 2005-2006.
