Do you know why HBO cable program is airing only in Spanish?

The drama In Treatment airs only on HBO Latino channel 511 in Los Angeles, and is not listed in any of the other HBO channels. Any solution?
Yes the Hbo Latino is all spanish, but why can't I find the program on a non-spanish hbo channel?

i noticed this tonight also. and i am here in virginia. i found english episodes but the latino hbo channel has way more episodes. i read the titles on the dvr. the latino channel has way more episodes. i can't find the same episodes on the english hbo channel. so far i have seen 2 episodes. a female complaining about her boyfriend and committment and messing with a guy in a bathroom at a bar. the other one was a male military navy pilot that was talking about his mission killed some kids.
