Definitely "The Sopranos"! I bought all the seasons on DVD and have started to see all the episodes again from the beginning. Secondly, I would put these three in a tie: Six Feet Under (loved the show except for Brenda - she was crazy and that was his family), Entourage (love Ari and Drama) Big Love (I thought the hate this at first, but then found kind of sucked):)
