HBO Series

HBO has begun work on it again the TV fantasy series: A Game of Thrones.

It is based on the popular fantasy series "A Song of Ice and Fire, "the first book called A Game of Thrones. Song of Ice and Fire has been met with praise from critics and fans, is regarded by many as the best epic fantasy series out there. The books take place in short fiction, focusing on a continent called Westeros. The story is huge in scope, so far the story has been told through the viewpoints of 25 different characters so far, some appear more than others. Currently published volumes include: Game of Thrones, A Clash of Kings, A Storm of Swords, A Feast for Crows and the fifth volume next expected by many fans called A Dance with Dragons.

So far, Tom McCarthy, director of the visitor and The Station Agent has been signed to direct the pilot and Peter Dinklage has signed to play the central role of Tyrion Lannister. The shooting is scheduled to begin in October in Northern Ireland. They will use a study called The Salon of Painting, a group of 8 hectares, one of the largest in the world. The study was used to film the recent movie of the city of Ember, had the entire city was built inside the facility.
