Does anyone know the name of this movie?

I was wondering if anyone knew the name of this movie. This is what I remember to help you help me: I think these girls were perhaps in a fraternity and are at a party around Halloween, or something, and dared to (?) overnight age in a mental hospital. I'm not sure if he dared to do so, or if they were drugged or something and I was kidnapped and put in the rooms or something like that, sorry. However, the asylum crazy, I think the people there had contracted the plague and the and the last girl left alive in contracts there, and when her boyfriend (?) helped you out, she said no because he had the plague. I'm sorry if i didn't give very accurate information or not enough, but that's all I remember. I remember about 3 years ago, was shown on HBO or something, so it's not old enough or anything.
