Want to see a good HBO / Showtime type show.?

I have never followed all of television, but I just saw Entourage season 1-5 and I am completely addict. I'm on a business trip at this time for a few months, but not many businesses. I really do not have much to do, I was hoping someone could recommend something good. I saw Season 1 of "The Sopranos" for some time. I thought it was good, but not hooked me like environment.
