Where can I be downloading good movies for free online? Especially Series such as OZ, 24 etc. Where for free?

I really like series but I do not mind old movies which are just as good. My internet download speed is 20KiloBytes per second. I only have like 8 hours daily to download(overnight from 11pm to 6am).
Someone advise me on how to download and where. I use wifi internet to my laptop.
