For those with sensitive ears and are easily offended, Carlos Mencia tickets would be a bad choice. He calls himself an "Equal Opportunities for criminals," and lives up to the title by making jokes about all different races, sexes, ages and cultures. He takes a combination of studio comedy, parodies and audience interaction and gives fans a night they will not forget.

Carlos Mencia was born Ned Arnel Mencia on 22 October 1967 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. It was the 17 of the 18 children and was sent to Los Angeles as a child to be raised by his aunt and uncle. The gang activity that led to their parents who do go back to Honduras as a teenager, but was soon back in Los Angeles and graduated from high school there.

He began his standup career with appearances in the amorous night in the Laughter Factory. This does not take long to find success and soon was a regular at The Comedy Store. He honed his skills with appearances on television shows such as Moesha and In Living Color. In 1994, he requested to host on HBO's Loco Slam, a program of Latino comedians comedy show. The appearance made Carlos Mencia tickets for an event too hot.

Mencia released an album in 2000 titled Take a Joke, America, and began touring in 2002 with Freddy Soto and Pablo Francisco for the Three Amigos tour. It also still appears on television and in movies like Outta Time and The Shield. Also in 2002, was on Comedy Central and released Presents Carlos Mencia: Not for the easily offended in 2003.

Because of its success, Mencia has his own show in 2005 on Comedy Central, Mind of Mencia. The show has been widely successful amateur and kept interested with political jokes, social and racial backgrounds. There was a place in The Heartbreak Kid starring Ben Stiller in 2007 and toured for the USO in the same year.

Mencia DVDs have been platinum and gave even more reason to relax and unwind. That is the plan of Mencia, however, and even offers fans the opportunity to see live one of his many live shows. That does not mean that his followers are safe though. With Mencia whole routine hilarious observations about different facets of life, no one can escape his critical eye funny.
