Can anyone help me find a good supplier of cable / phone / internet? I currently have Time Warner?

This is getting very expensive, to $ 200 a month for phone, wireless Internet and cable TV (HBO, Showtime and Starz). Can anyone point me to any other service that can be cheaper? Many times I can see in the programs of the application, do not come up, or pixelate and have to reboot. I am totally satisfied with Time Warner. I in southern California. Thank you.
